At MTC, we guide you every step of the way — from your first conversation to your full-time career.
1. Apply to a Fellowship Program
Start by applying to one of MTC’s approved Fellowship programs — SkillBridge, MSEP, Career Forward, or the Warrior Care Programs — to begin your civilian career journey.
2. MTC Intake Call
Once accepted, you’ll schedule a one-on-one intake call with an MTC advisor to identify your goals, career path, and the right employer opportunities.
